About Evergreen
Thank you for checking out our program! I started Evergreen’s Learn at Home program for kids who aren’t in preschool but need to get ready for kindergarten. I have recently transitioned our program online and hope to be back in person again soon!
A little about me…
I have been teaching for over 30 years, focusing on early childhood programs in daycares and pre-schools, in both the public and private sector. I obtained a B.A. in History from Oglethorpe University and a M.Ed. in Educational Management from Strayer University. Before starting Evergreen, I held various teaching and administrator roles over the years, including at Lighthouse Academy in Marietta, Georgia and North Cobb Christian School in Kennesaw, Georgia.
My passion has always been children under 5 because these are the formative years that set them up for future success! When I’m not teaching, I love to hike, travel and be the loudest cheerleader at my granddaughter’s softball games!
I cannot wait to start working with your child – Let’s get started!
